4-19 - 8th Graders Sign up for PSAT ($18)

12 - Meeting at 2:45 (Cafeteria)

13-20 - Fill out the Google Form questionnaire if they are interested in being an officer

16 - All Membership Fees are due ($40 New Members; $25 Returning Members)

18 - Parent Meeting online from 12:15-12:45 (an email will come from Ann Marie Armstrong with the Google Meet Link)

19 - Students can begin paying for the Beta Convention Field Trip through September 30.

23 - Announcement of the finalists for Officers (4 finalists each for President, Vice President, Secretary and Historian)

26 - Conduct interviews for Officer Finalists (Time TBD)

14-18 - Come to the Library during Lunch to make Veteran’s Day Cards (half an hour per day; can earn up to 2 hours)

28 - $120 Payment Due (Field Trip: Beta Convention)

28 - Beta Club Meeting (Discuss Veterans Day Flags for Lunch N Learn & Veterans Day Field Trip)

30 - Bring Goodies for Bake Sale (drop off in Guidance. Participation earns 1 hour)

31 - Bake Sale during Lunch

NOVEMBER

1 - Put Veteran’s Day Signage out during Lunch (meet Mrs. Armstrong at Front Office awnings) (Participation earns 1/2 an hour)

2 - Belk Charity Day Sale (Sign up with Mrs. Armstrong)

8 - Field Trip to Veteran’s Home to deliver cards

11 - Beta Club Meeting (Explanation about Canned Food Drive & December’s Parent Gifts)

12-22 - Clemson vs. Carolina Canned Food Drive (6 cans = 1 hour; earn up to 2 hours) Students can earn 1 hour for helping collect cans from homerooms. Check with Mrs. Armstrong if you want to be a homeroom helper.

10-13 - Come to the Library during Lunch to write Thank You Cards and Prep Candy Bar Kits for Teachers (1/2 hour per day; up to 2 hours)

14 - Beta Club Meeting at 2:45pm (Beta Club Celebration & Turn in Service Hours)
